Voting...What a gift!

Sometimes we take things for granted when we don't know any other way. I was born and raised in the good ole USA. I count it a privilege to be able to vote and I do every election. If I don't vote I don't feel I have the right to complain when things aren't going right.
Tomorrow is primary election day here in Wisconsin. I received an email last week saying liberal bloggers were telling their friends to vote for Mark Neumann, candidate for Wisconsin Governor. Neumann is a Republican. Liberals prefer Neumann over Scott Walker, also a Republican because the consensus is Democrat Tom Barrett would be more likely to beat Neumann in November. To me this is a shame.
There are people in this world that live under dictatorships and have absolutely no say in who leads them. Many of these people envy a system of government like our own where we can choose whom we want to represent us. So we have this gift of being able to vote and we abuse it by cheating.
I'm aware that Conservatives have done the same thing in the past. The bottom line is it's wrong.
It's no longer a matter of "May the best man win." It's becoming an issue of "May the man with the most cheaters supporting him win."
Shame on us for abusing such a wonderful gift!

Introduction

I decided to jump into the world of blogging other than the blog following my failed diet.
My blogs will be totally random thoughts and opinions that some may find interesting but most will probably just yawn and say whatever. Comments are welcome as long as they are appropriate.
